It really sounds like plain old ordinary dry skin. If everything is the same, same soap, etc., that is probably it.
Get some Absorbase or DermaCerin and apply all over your body of a bath or shower. (These are for dry skin.)
Try it and see if that takes care of it. If your skin is seriously dry, it will take awhile before you get the full effect.

Could be dry skin, or it could be the soap you're using. Try putting on some lotion and see if that helps.

if its not the soap then maybe your shower is dirty and your taking a shower in a dirty bathroom..all the bacteria can cause your skin to irritate and you start scratching all over the place..try having your shower clean maybe if there is little fungus growing out of places you cant really see..maybe thats whats it..try looking around the shower..check that everything is clean if not then clean it with a shower cleaner thing..and there you go problem solved..that always used to happen to me when i used to live at my moms house it was always so dirty and it got to the point where it was uncleanable..so i moved out..since then i have never had that problem again..

Dry skin, water was too hot. Or, leftover cleaner on the bottom of tub irritated your skin.
