You cant make anybody do anything the dont want to do. But the police can put them in jail.

Whichever part father or mother has full or joint custody of the child, the other party, father or mother will be required to pay child support. Whoever has them most, the other party will have to pay child support. Doesnt matter which one it is.

When fathers have custody, mothers are responsible for child support, just like when the situation is reversed. Many mothers pay child support if the father or someone else has custody of their child(ren).
