Leave the shell on, toss them with olive oil. This will prevent the meat from sticking to the grill. Sprinkle some old bay season both before and after grilling. Enjoy....

GRILLED BACON WRAPPED SHRIMP
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tbsp. Lea & Perrins
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 tbsp. butter, melted
9 slices bacon
18 jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
Cut the slices of bacon in half. Partially cook the bacon over moderate heat to render some of the fat without allowing the pieces to crisp. Combine butter with spices, add shrimp, toss well to coat, let marinate at room temperature 30 to 60 minutes. Remove shrimp from the marinade, reserving the marinade. Wrap a slice of bacon around each shrimp and secure with a toothpick to hold both ends of the bacon. Place shrimp on hot grill for 4 minutes; turn and brush shrimp with reserved marinade and grill for 4 minutes longer or until shrimp are opaque throughout.

Yes, toss them with some EVO and Old Bay seasoning and put them on a hot grill. Rub an oil soaked towel on the grill before putting the shrimp on. Use grilling thongs while oiling the grill.

Take shells off after you grill them, it keeps the flavor on the shrimp much better.

Shell the shrimp before grilling. I usually shell them out, place them in a pan of salt water until I am ready to grill them. You may want to simply season with salt, or you may want to brush on garlic butter to keep them from drying out - either way, don't overcook them.

I wouldn't... but you can if you want to.
I'd peel all except the little tail and end section, so you have a handle to hold them by!

either on or off it's your choice but it's easier if you keep them on then peel them off after they are cooked because they come off easier.
