I have a perma booger stuck in my right nosetrail... and everytime I try to get it out it hurts... and gives me a massive nose bleed. HOW CAN I GET IT OUT!

just try to rip it out! quickly and then it might start bleeding but at least you will have it out!

It could be a growth of anything form a mole to a wart to a melanoma.
Here is one way to get 'stuck' boogers out.
Get a cup of hot water (not so hot it burns, just very very warm) and disolve 1/8 teaspoon of salt into it. (Sea salt would be best, but any salt is ok)
Close off one nostril and slowly take the liquid into the other by sucking it up from the cup. Odd at first, I know, but it can be done. Don't let it get into your throat (lots of coughing on that, let me tell you!). Then just as quickly exhale and allow the salty water out of your nose (over a sink is a good idea)
This helps add moisture to the nose as well as causing the glands in there to excreet fresh mucus. This helps loosen 'stuck' things and helps clean out the nasal passage while adding moisture.
I do it a lot in the spring to get the pollen out. (This is a treatment given to me by a Dr., so it's not off the cuff....)

you are either talking about the perpectual plug that's way up the nostril (leave it along it'll drain out or drop and dry so you can get to it) or you've got a flesh tab of sorts and that's not a booger and it'll hurt... this comes from irritation to the nostrils.
let it go.. relax, be patient.. if it persists to the point of pain or much irritation go to the doctor and have them look it over just in case.
don't pick it any more it isn't going to cooperate... just relax and let nature work it out or get to the doctor and tell them all about the pain and blood. it may be nothing or leading to a serious issue like adnoids or something in the sinus and this is the end result.

It is probably not a booger but a dried scab. Try keeping it lubricated with some KY jelly (don't use vaseline or any other oil based product) and it will eventually heal and fall out on its own.

Try some salen solutin in your nose to soften it. It is probly not a booger. Most likley a scab from picking at ur nose. It will go away if you leave it alone.

I would go see an ENT Dr. They would be able to asses the situation for you. It may not be a booger after all. If it is, they can get it out for you, safely.
