Diphtheria, Hepatitis A and it depends on the time of your visit to Thailand.

Had my jabs today.
You dont have to have any but they recommended, tetanus (there's one with two others, if you're from England, it's likely you'll have them upto date)
then Hep A
Malaria is a risk only at the edges of thailand

no law making you show a vac. card but it's wise to get hep.a and tetnus.don't bother with malaria pills they are expensive and usually don't help.
i spend 6-7 months a year in s.e. asia and i've never taken them.

I had polio booster,hepatitis,typhoid and tetanus.............I didn't have any malaria prevention and it wasn't recommended for tourist areas
You won't need any certificates and most quacks charge about 40 quid
