It will not effect the race. There is a woman who works for ISC, it was her husband who died in the crash.

Dr. Bruce Kennedy, husband of International Speedway Corp. president Lesa France Kennedy, died Tuesday when the plane he was piloting crashed.
At least four other persons were killed, including two children, Sanford Fire Chief Gerard Ransom confirmed. The identities of the dead were not released but NASCAR confirmed the identity of the Daytona Beach plastic surgeon.

Think the others summed it up. Probably a moment of silence or special prayer/inclusion in the invocation. I doubt they do anything on the cars since he was not directly related to NNC, at least not to the average fan. Racing almost always goes on. They took off after 9/11 because that horrible tragedy affected the entire country immeasurably. There was discussion of taking off after Dale Earnhardt died, but they didn't. Don't know anything about Dr Kennedy, but I'm sure the Frances will want racing to go on while they deal with their now compounded grief.

Bruce Kennedy died in the crash today.His wife is president of International Speedway cooperation,Lesa France Kennedy.Bruce Kennedy was a noted Doctor/Plastic surgeon in the Daytona area.

Probably the biggest piece of info is that the pilot was Bill France Jr's son-in-law. I'm sure they will do a moment of silence and if Bill Weber can work it into his commentary 10 times he definitely will.
