It is possible. It depends on the surgery and how you were positioned during the procedure. Often, if you have been intubated, your head would be flexed back to support the tube in your throat (creating a patent airway)...this can result in the neck, back and shoulder pain. The arm pain is often a result of having the arm restrained during the surgery due to the IV. These aches and pains are totally normal and will pass in a few days.
