*[-pwincess k-]* ---- I would really love to help you out here, but I'm afraid nobody on YA can do that!
Family, are very important and you wouldn't want to make any stupid mistakes and end up living a life of regrets.
Talk to somebody who has greater knowledge of the situation, somebody reliable..for example; Grandma, Auntie..
The fact that you used the word "really" tells me that there's room for you to work on the relationship with your parents. The best possible situation I can think of is improving your relationship with them, and still seeing your Sister.
Nobody should make you have to chose or give you an ultimatum, like that..things like this can be very stressful and depressing!
You can still continue to see your Sister as well as your parents. Just make it clear that you don't wish to talk about your parents to your sister or your sister to your parents!
If you want to improve your relationship with your parents, take a trip to the park or a lake. Talk and listen to each other, discuss whats going wrong...COMMUNICATE!
Do everything you can to salver the best relationship possible with both parties!
Take Care! :-) I apologise if thats not the answer your looking for, but I think it would be wrong of myself to chose.

Yeesh, I hate taking sides in a family debate. But the thing is the right way to choose is to ask yourself two questions:
1# Who is right in this case.
2# Do I agree with it.
If one person is in the right and you agree then you have your side. The thing is if you were ever to feel repricussions from choosing a side then they are automatically in the wrong.
Family can't make you choose one over another.
Your not choosing sides to show who you love/like more, You are choosing a side only because there is a problem and there is either a right side or a wrong one.
I would rather guide my friend/sibling down the right path than go along with something that I belived is wrong.
I don't know the situation that is causing you to choose sides but my advice is go with what you personally know is right. And let everyone else know that is why you are taking that side.
Good Luck

Why not stay neutral? If an issue arises and you must takes sides, then go with the side that you agree with. Just because you favor your sister, doesn't mean that parents are wrong about something.

Don't take sides. Ur sis may be ur bff but ur parents gave u life and as long as it's not life threatning then stay neutral and be honest and open about ur feelings. Understand both sides.

Of course you can stay neutral. Be supportive of your sister while respecting your parents and stay out of it.
