Well, PB&J is always fullfilling, but not always appropriate. I love to have cold lunch meat subs. Just pack some lunch meat and I love the nice, crunchy sub rolls, or french bread is great too. Then add what ever toppings you'd like; tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, extra meats, some cheese, ranch, mayo, whatever your heart desires! Lets see what else you could eat.......Salads are also great, but they aren't that fullfilling. And to make any cold lunch fullfilling, how about Jell-o or pudding. Fruit is always great. And a nice refreshing bottle of water or Coca Cola is great! I really hope that I helped you and have a great summer! Pack a picnic at the beach or something! It is really great!

I love potato salad on hot days. Of course you'll have to prepare ahead of time - like the night before when the house has cooled down. Then again a banana split is always good too!

make some killer subs and salads
maybe even a nice soup with a nice sandwich
* me I would eat a nice avocado & red onion salad drizzled with olive oil & pommegranate vinegar and some chopped cilantro - then I would have a nice cold cut hero with mayo, mustard, tomato, lettuce, pickles, banana peppers, provolone cheese & salami, turkey or ham
