i live alone and i have a disability so decorating is out the question for me but i cant afford to pay the going rate for a decorator, all i want is thick lining paper put up in 3 bedrooms ( small), & my livingroom, i can pay a small amount, can any one help?? even anyone that is good at decorate but its not their job, a good samaritan ??

Most towns have support groups for disabled people and advertise their meetings etc in local newspapers or social services may know of a scheme.

do you go to a local church near you ? if so maybe you could drop a hint and maybe someone could help you out .also maybe run an ad in the newspaper and look for help that way . good luck .
