there is nothing she can really do other than a free clinic. if she wants real help, have her do what she needs to do to be in the USA legally. then she can get the help she needs

you can see if there is a heath department or something like that around there they help people who need it with all kinds of things or you can offer to marry her and make her a us sentisent as your wife if she was my friend and that was the only option i had i would be at the alter saying ido with out a second thought but thats me i hope this helps
