I think I will agree with the others that your crumbling teeth represent your words are nothing but lies or unsubstantiated words presented as facts. I don't know you at all, but I am guessing you don't always tell the truth for what ever reasons.
You might want to practice the following advice : "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all." It is a little tough to stay silent and keep your mouth shut, but see what happens when you do. Let others do the talking and you do the listening for a change, don't interrupt to force your point of view on them, and don't demand friendship only from those that agree with you. You may believe in your heart you are right, but these dreams of your teeth falling out and crumbling are trying to warn you to think before you speak, and get your facts right when you do.
Good Luck.

Perhaps you doubt in your dream that what you are saying may not be based on speaking the truth.
When I dream sometimes, and realize even in my dream that I am not telling the truth, my words are spoken but can not be heard . . or my tongue twists and I can not be understood. In extreme cases, words push against my sealed lips and clenched teeth and in my brain, I hear the words of my lies resonate almost to the point that I wake up screaming.

All dreams are sybolic. Something is going on to stress you and that is a stress full dream. Think about things that are going on in your life around those times and see if there is any relation in levels of stress or fear. etc.
