Play dress up, colour, nails, hair, make up, dance, play cards, watch a movie she would like. If it is hot out get water balloons. Lots, of stuff you can do with her. Do something nice for your parents, make them dinner. Just have fun

art show, camping/picnic in living room, road trip on the couch stopping for snacks and drive in movies, hose fights in the yard, girls makeover day, nature walks, project for mom and dad like lining the drawers in the kitchen or cleaning the basement, redo bedroom by moving furniture, cookie bake, make a complete meal from start to finish with ton's of courses and set it up as formal as you can, tea parties, read to each other, start a book and read part of it each day, dream books where you cut out things from magazines and make a scrap book of what you want your house to look like when you grow up, late night scarey movies(make them appropriate for her age) with popcorn. Some of these need your folks permission, so get the ok.

Basically anything you do with her is going to be a good memory. Remember that everyone needs a break from each other, so plan for "private time" a nap, or just silent time reading. Have alot of fun!

parks, museums, the beach. play board games, watch movies, make things out of the stuff around the house, read stories, play tag, hide and seek, go for a walk, explore nature, and anything else you can think of.

if your sister is interested in art, both of you can make your own separate scrapbooks...or maybe you both can make bracelets and necklaces that she could give to her friends in school, it would also be nice to hear her bragging about how much you've helped her. you can also try doing her hair, trying out new styles that suits her or if you're allowed, teach her how to do her nails.
