WHITE -- it is totally artificial and manmade.

BROWN / MILK - has more natural chocolate.

DARK - pure 100% chocolate

White chocolate is NOT fake chocolate! It's been processed differently to obtain a more subtle flavor and lighter color. As for sugar content, there's probably more sugar in darker chocolates.

definitely the white one. WHite chocolate is not technically made from chocolate. It's composed of milk and cocoa butter and sugar. Other chocolates, however, are composed of mainly cocoa powder and cocoa butter, and varied amount of sugar. If eat the white and the chocolate, you can taste that the white is much sweeter than the chocolate

Technically "white chocolate" isn't made from cocoa - but cocoa butter (fat). There is a LOT of sugar in "white chocolate."

"Brown" chocolate is actually made from cocoa solids or chocolate liquor - and sugar is added to sweeten it depending on the type of chocolate since there are so many varieties:

unsweetened
semi-sweet
bittersweet
dark chocolate
milk chocolate

How much sugar just depends on which type of chocolate you are referring to.

Depends entirely on the manufacturer. Both could be made completely sugar free if you so chose, but they probably wouldn't sell very well.
