my daughter had stitches yesterday and
i looked in the phone book but it doesnt say what kind of practice it is .ive tried searching on the web , not many results
any suggestions

The hospital where she got the stitches should be able to give you a recommendation.

If you have medicaid call the number and tell them to send you a list of peditricians or you can look in the telephone book. Also you can ask a friend that has kids who's there pediatrician.

Ask the hospital for a list of pediatricians on staff. Ask people you have met there that seem like sensible folks who they use. Call your doctor and ask for a recommendation.

go by word of mouth. ask your friends who have kids. it's better to find a doc that way. at least you can know a little about them.
