last night i made a quick run to safeway, i was behind him in the check out line....& he was buying condoms, whip cream & cat food...i started crackin up! cuz the checker said " interesting" he said it all suspicious ,....so funny

not really weird but I used to work at a gas station and I had a guy pull up in a brand new Hummer and got $3 gas and then spent almost $10 on penny candy. Maybe he was confused and meant to do it the other way around because he is not going to get far on $3 gas in that vehicle.

Once I saw a man buy generic (I'm talking B&W) spaghetti sauce, spaghetti, salad dressing and gourmet cat food. (like he's not good enough to eat well, but his cat is? Or maybe it was for him!)
I also saw a man buy a case of beer, a pound of ground beef, hamburger buns and a child's play set of a cap gun and handcuffs.

I was in a ShopnSave in a predominantly Bosnian neighborhood and the store had a whole goat in the frozen food section. I swear to God. I didn't see anyone buy it but it's nice to know where you can get a frozen goat if you need one.

Chicken livers and pantyhose. Unfortunately, it was my husband that bought them. (To fish for catfish; he wraps up the chicken livers in little pieces of pantyhose and ties them so they don't fall off the hook.) To visualize, he is 6'4", 300 lbs., hairy, bald and has a goatee!!! LOL! I bet that cashier had some questions!

Chocolate pudding, cherries, and garlic. Did that myself once, and the cashier totally cracked up!
FYI:
- I was on a choc pudding craving. Had ta hav'it!
- The cherries were on sale. Duh.
- The garlic looked nice in the cute white netting, so I bought it. It's still in the fridge now!
