Grilling Tasty Hamburgers
To a couple pounds of hamburger you could add;
Half of a finely chopped onion,
A small finely chopped green pepper,
Salt & Pepper
Other seasonings to taste,
Worchester sauce (a couple tablespoons or so),
Bread crumbs (a quarter to half a cup)
An egg
Tabasco sauce or Red Pepper flakes
Mix it up but don’t over mix it
Form nice size patties with an indentation in the middle (cuts down on your burger cupping up)
For an added tasty treat you can sandwich a hunk of your favorite cheese between two patties and seal the edge.
Alter any of the above as you like and add whatever else you think you’d enjoy including!
Slap em’ on the grill and cook em’ up!
Then it’s “Mangia-Mangia” time (Italian for good eating)
Have fun and enjoy!

Yes a lot of people add their own personal touches to hamburgers =)
My latest way to make them is using McCormick's Grill Mates Hamburger Seasoning in the meat before forming patties. So Good!
Another idea would be chopped onion, green pepper and some Worcestershire sauce.

GRILLED BBQ HAMBURGERS
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. mushrooms, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. Barbeque Sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together then make patties. Grill to taste. Medium recommended.
Grilled ALLSPICE Hamburger
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. crumbled dried thyme
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 c. beef stock, fresh or canned
Vegetable oil
Combine all ingredients except oil in a deep bowl. Knead vigorously with both hands until ingredients are well blended. Then pour in the stock and beat with a wooden spoon until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. Taste for seasoning. Divide the mixture into 18 equal portions and roll each one into a cylinder about 3 1/2 inches long and 1 inch thick, moistening your hands with cold water as you proceed.
Grill or broil on the highest setting about 3 inches from the heat for about 8 minutes, turning them with a spatula or tongs every few minutes until they are crisp and brown on all sides.

I like to add some garlic powder, Morton's Nature Seasoning, Mrs. Dash, a squirt or two of Italian dressing, and some Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire sauce. Mix it all in together for some tasty burgers! A little A1 steak sauce in the mix is great, too.

We use the following:
Per 1 lb of Hambuger
1 - slice of white bread (remove the crust and crumble) or just used pre seasoned bread crumbs.
1 - egg
Add following seasonings to taste:
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Then they are ready to go.
Or if you want you can also...
Lightly brown the burgers
Add 1 can of Tomato Soup
Add about 1/4 of the can of water
And then simmer partially covered until the sause thickens.
The Tomato soup adds it's own flavor but also mixes with the other seasonings and the meat juice and you end up with a great sause to put over french fries as well.
Enjoy.

I kind of use the "keep it simple" method. Seasoned salt(or plain) fresh ground pepper, and a bit of worchestershire is always great. Don't over mix your burger(makes a huge difference) You can also just salt and pepper the outside of you burgers before you grill....again, simple is best for good flavor!

I like inside out bacon cheese burgers.
Chop up onion and mix it in with the beef, and salt and pepper.
make two thin paties and put cooked bacon (or bacon bits), and chucks of your fave cheese (I like chedder) on top of one of the patties, and place the other one patty on top of the bacon and cheese (like a sanwhich), kinda mush together a little and pinch the outside edges to seal it closed and grill as normal....so tastey!
Also I mix A-1 steak suace and a little salt/pepper, and garlic powder (just a lil), in with the beef and grill as normal.
Or BBQ sauce........
