and then he has the gall to judge us?

So a perfect creation was permanently scarred for all generation because of the actions of two people. Does that sound reasonable?

Your free will is not flawed, your ability to do what you like is the most perfect creation. A creation involved in creation set into motion so that the only way to perfection is understanding a greater love is the way. You my friend are setting yourself up for failure.

Can we say "set up for perfection"?

God did not creat anything 'flawed', mind you. Look outside of our Earth, the solar system is controlled in such a way that the as the planets and their sattelites (moon) orbit around the sun, they are able to avoid collision. Just a little diversion can cause mass destruction in the solar system.

In our Earth, the nature is highly balanced so that humans can adapt perfectly to it. But the nature and the universe don't have free will, so they are not flawed. Human beings have free will, its the wish of God, as a result of this free will they corrupt themselves and their surroundings.

Who is flawed and who isn't will be determined at the Day of Judgement.

When God made the world it wasnt flawed it was perfect, but since we chose to sin in the garden of eden, because He gave us a choice, now we have to live with the consequences of sin. All that is bad in this world is a result of OUR choices and our sin and the choices and sin of those before us. That is why Jesus had to come and die for our sins and on the third day rise again, because God loved us enough to give us a second chance. That is the wonderful Creator who cares for us.

God does NOT create anything that is flawed. If there is something wrong with it it was more then likely done by man! I have no idea of what it is you are speaking of, but this answer works from humans all the way to things found in nature!
