YES!!!! IGNORE HIM!!! What a punk-*** jerk for having said that about you. It doesn't matter why he said it. It matters that he DID say it!
C'mon, girl. You need to value yourself more than you do. First of all, don't make out with a guy whose name you don't even know and secondly, if he talks smack about you, don't talk to him anymore! Why would you even consider otherwise?

He did it spitefully! He's a jerk! Just ignore him, because as soon as he knows he's gotten to you he'll continue to do it even more. Ignore the guy and move on. Only make out with a guy who knows your name, that way he'll appreciate you more.

You should be upset that he told everybody. If you do anything else with this guy again, just imagine what else he'll have to tell everybody, whether or not it's spiteful. Ignore him.

Wow... just, wow.
I didn't know that it was possible for people that loose to actually exsist.
My suggestion is to see some kind of psychiatrist/physician and ask them if they can help you control your hormones a little better. That should solve this and future problems.
