Having been a Jehovahs' Witness for about 10 years I can tell you the answer is yes.
One of the first things I learned was that God had an organization on earth and there was only one organization.
I also learned how to "double speak" like some of the witnesses I see on this board. That is, to say one thing when it helps and they deny when affirmation would not be beneficial.
If you want to see "double speak" ask a question about prophecies. If you ask if the organization ever made false prophecies your first answer would be no. However if you quoted a Watchtower magazine, then you would get "that was the Bible Students." The Watchtower has made false prophecies and when they failed they brushed them off on others.
When you look at all the contradictions of the WTBS there is no way it can claim to be God's organization. As a Jehovah Witness I took my instruction from the WTBS, sadly misleading hundreds of people.

Sadly, this questioner continues to intentionally obfuscate the fact that the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses is a religion, while the various "Watchtower Society" entities are mere legal instruments.
Jehovah's Witnesses believe the bible to teach that Almighty God has a single organization, and that organization has various parts. Clearly, there is an invisible heavenly part which works so that only its effects can be discerned (generally after-the-fact). Clearly, there is also a visible earthly part, which would exist primarily to preach "the good news".
Jehovah's Witnesses do believe that they are uniquely fulfilling the role of performing an earthly "prophet's work" of warning mankind of the upcoming judgment by God and Christ. God has always provided such an earthly instrument. In this time, what group is working harder than Jehovah's Witnesses to preach God's message globally (as Noah did before the Deluge)?
(Amos 3:7) For the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will not do a thing unless he has revealed his confidential matter to his servants the prophets.
(2 Peter 2:5) Noah, a preacher of righteousness...
(Matthew 24:14) And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come.

I don't know about their claim to be Gods' organization , However in 1974 the Watchtower magazine did claim there was a 'prophet' known as Jehovah Christian Witnesses.
So we could say that the magazine says the witnesses make up a 'prophet'.
I have had Witnesses say they are 'Gods' organiation' and I assume they would not lie about such a thing.
Don't get tricked by those witnesses who like to act like there is complete separation from the society and witnesses. You do not have one with out the other.

Its not the "Organization" its the people and the standards. We as Jehovahs people we have standards and guidelines that we live by that is layed out for us (for everyone) in the Bible. (Sadly not everyone in this world will live by them, because Satan is in Control of the world and has blinded many people) We are told to preach and share this with others. This is what we do. Do we have the truth? Yes!! We study the Bible, we try our best to live our life according to the Bible. No, we are not perfect. We pray and ask for help through Jesus. You ask a loaded question which is hard to answer here online. I encourage you to ask a JW face to face to get a more detailed answer.

Yes they do.
In fact their members refer to their religion to each other as "The Truth"
When someone leaves the organization they are said to have "left The Truth"

ad-nausiam......They also to claim to be the only voice for God on the earth today.......The problem is they get their dates wrong all of the time. when they get called on this factoid, they say that they weren't Gods voice in the first place....and then they say we are apostate, or are picking on them, or They change the subject ....I call this Biblical tap dancing.
These people are mostly dedicated and good in intent but mislead by the real god (Satan) who is blinding and controlling them...they need prayer and for us to keep exposing the falsehoods professed by the WBTS.
