I know I legally can't because he is protected as a head of state, but seeing as how he is gawd's right hand man here on Earth then he is responsible for everything.

The Pope is NOT at the right hand of God.....he's a liar!
That position is reserved and belongs to Jesus Christ.
Not once did Almighty God ask a sinful, flesh and blood human being to sit at his right hand.....he's briinging reproach on God and Jesus with his lying words.
Sue him??? I doubt it, but that would be great...might be a wake up call for him to show him he's not superior or infalliable.

If you legally cant, what's the point in asking. How can you illegally sue someone? And its the freaking pope, so no, you probably can't.

Legally, the Catholic church is not listed as an entity that can be sued. In other words, it legally does not exist.
Good luck on changing that though. Maybe you can sell of one of your Rembrandts or Monets to fund your cause.

He's done nothing wrong. He has only ever told the truth and stuck by it. That's a lot more then most people do.
He cannot be held responsible for those who will not hear the truth.
