I know not ALL of them are luke this (my sister is one) but it is SAD and PATHETIC!
We cannot prove there is a God the SAME WAY we cannot prove there isnt one.

BECAUSE it doesent matter!!
it has nothing to do with anything and it doesnt matter!!!
That is my point! It doesnt matter what religion you are or are not i have many freinds!
Muslim, Jew, Hindu, Christian Catholic AND Athiest. You can NOT be better because religion OR race or anything!
Just saying you are better make you not.

You are absolutely correct - that there is no way to prove there is or isn't a God. However, my personal belief is that there is no premise to believe in one initially. Without intial reason, why believe at all?
I know many people who believe merely because they're afraid if they questioned it they would go to Hell. This is very sad... and I think it is a cheap shot for any religion to say if you don't believe in one particular path, you suffer for eternity. I find Christianity flawed that way, but I know not all religions are close-minded. But still, there is no premise to believe in the first place, so it is not a 50-50 chance.
I know this is not the same, but just for an example, let's say I made up a god and a religion to follow it. There is no way to prove it does or does not exist, but it would be foolish to start worshipping it. Again, these are my thoughts, but if you find peace in something I'm happy for you.
Instead of saying you are sick of atheists, why not say you are sick of those who are rude and ignorant?

I think you're making a big deal out of nothing!
Everyone has the right to believe whatever they want. So UNLESS an atheist, or anyone else, overtly tries to "convert" you or something, then just live and let live. Most of the people I know... I have NO IDEA what they believe. And I couldn't care less. And they have the same sensible respect for me.

I think we don't have to prove there isn't a god any more than you don't have to prove there aren't dragons.
Now calm down. No-one thinks they're better than people with faith. There are some lovely people of faith here. What gets us going are people who think they're better than us. And you have to admit, the world isn't lining up atheists to give them breaks. In some US states it's actually illegal to stand for public office as an atheist.
So don't feel to hard done by, eh?

They don't bother me any more than the Christians who act the same way. They act like atheists are second-class citizens who don't really deserve to be treated as equals. Fortunately, the majority of either persuasion don't share these traits, only the few, although those few usually make the most noise! LOL

I agree with you. Like those people who try to take the "Under God" part out of the Pledge of Allegiance. I heard about this one lady who fought so hard about that....she disappeared for awhile, and then it turned out that her lawer or somebody killed her. They found her bones in New Mexico, I think.
Anyways, they'll get what's coming to them in the end.
May I point out, you seem to have touched a nerve with these people who tell you not to freak about about it, when that's exactly what their doing. When you clearly said you're only tired of people who try to push their beliefs on you and think their better than people with faith...

It is true that we cannot prove God does not exist and you cannot prove that he does. This is why we don't believe: lack of evidence.

I am Atheists, but I don't go acting all high and mighty. In fact those kinds of Atheists really make me mad making some of us who aren't like that looking bad. But I hate anyone who acts like all high and mighty just because of their religion or who they are. And I agree it is sad and pathetic.

pay no mind to these athiest... all we can do is pray that they see the light before it is too late for them... its like i said to another asker about athiest and why they say the things they do and stuff.... have you ever noticed that atheist are some of the most UNHAPPY, dark and miserable people you will ever come in contact with?? there is a reason for that...they are miserable because they have no light in them... and they spend all their time blaming christians or anyone but theirself for their problems. and thats what miserable people do.. they want to spread there misery around. its not good enough for them to be miserable alone. as christians, we are not supposed to spned time rebuking athiest who are refered to i nthe BIBLE as fools.... its a waste of time... they are so quick to call christain "closed minded" but i nreality, THEY are the closed minded ones.....its like they try sooo hard to deny GOD. it kinda make you wonder why they spend so much time talking about something they dont even believe in.....maybe its becuase they are trying to convince theirselves that their way is right, when they know deep down its not and they are just angry.

I agree people who dont believe in god are terrible and like you said we cant prove that there is one but they cant prove that there isnt one . It gets so annoying when people dont believe in god !

especially when u tell them to prove a negative.
u cannot prove a negative, that would be like me asking you to prove there isnt a mcdonalds on pluto, or that you dont owe me a million dollars.
but if i made an absurd claim such as those, and wanted people to believe it, id have to bring some proofs together.
