I believe that we should love everyone, respect everyone. However, if you look at the God in each religion, you will see that they are not the same 'god'. That is where they differ. If you look at the origin of the 'god', what they stand for, what they teach, and how they say the believer will get to heaven or whatever, you will see a huge difference. That is why they don't worship together.

They/we should all still respect each other and love each other, I think that all of the faiths would agree, after all, I don't really know why anyone would follow a religion that encourages hate.

In my opinion, it's the individuals who are afraid of difference and have too much pride to accept people are different and believe something different.

It is because of religious fanaticism.Every one thinks His religion alone is THE BEST and the rest are trash,he will not attempt to understand what the other religions say.He does not have patience.
So when he does not know anything about other religion, he has no right to criticise or say his religion alone is the BEST.
It is arrogance and innocence both.

If one is patient enough and understands at least the basics of major religions ,then he understands the truth that all are teaching the same and the teaching method may be different.so then he may not hate the other religions.
But that is not happening.Let us hope people read and when they know at least the basics of what they are telling, let them understand that they have a right to tell then ALONE.

Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa said where there is fight between my religion and your religion then there is no God. Hindus say that everything is God.
Muslims say everything is God's creation.

Good question. What is more interesting among the monotheistic religions is that they all refer to the same being when they say God. The same God sent Moses, Jesus and Mohammed!

I think the reason why followers of one faith 'hate' the followers of other faith is that their leaders tell them that others have all gone astray and that only theirs is a true religion. When the leaders of all faith unite only then can we have true unity.

Hindusis says that ther eis no pardon for sins and you have to undergo the effect of your actions ( every action has its reaction)and nobody is exempted .so yu will bge having many births before yu are able to free yuerself from the sins and become able to merge with the God .
