I'm a guy, and here's what I look for in a girl:

1. A pretty face (75% of first impression, 10% of overall)
2. A nice a** (15% of first impression, 10% of overall)
3. Nice rest of body (5% of first impression, 5% of overall)
4. A great personality (5% of first impression, 75% of overall)

Notice there are two categories: first impression (short run) and overall (long run).

Obviously, this is just an approximation I came up with. Personality includes: non-smoker, caring, honest, fun-loving, intelligent, and down-to-earth

Race is irrelevant, assets are irrelevant, and within 3 years of my age...

I am a guy, and for my girls, I really prefer them to be Caucasian, but it's not that big of a deal. For looks, they need to be feminine. This doesn't mean excessive make-up or anything like that, but they need to look like a girl. I don't want people to think I'm gay. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by assets, but I especially like petite girls. Often I am not dating petite girls because it just doesn't happen that way, I don't know why. I'm also cool with girls that are normal-sized to a little bit big. They better not weigh more than me (145) though! For personality, I like them to be feminine as well. I'm really attracted to extroverted girls, but seeing as how I'm introverted, they don't stick with me too long. I just haven't found any great introverted girls yet. I also want them to ACT white. Even if they are another race altogether, I don't want any black attitude or gangstering, or anything that normal white people aren't. I know it sounds racist, but it's really not. As for age, I much prefer when she is younger than me, even if it was only by a day. I just have this need to be older, maybe because I'm the oldest child. I also like her to be shorter than me, even if it's only by an inch. Some tall girls are good looking too, but I don't really want to have to look up to see them. It kind of takes away that protective nature that guys are supposed to have. And finally, she had better be a member of my church. If she's not, it is unlikely she'll have the same ideals and viewpoints as I do and as I find to be correct. It also helps us to be able to talk bout church related topics, that I often like to talk about because I am very religious. I MIGHT datea non-member girl, but it won't go very far. Probably only up to two dates.

I'll think it depends because I'm not a looking for the qualities between a man or woman like the physical aspects or even an attitude.For me this is a same level and you must be a contented with your partner as he or she if they really loved you.

I guess, once you pass 30 or 35, your priorities change. When I was 17, it didn't matter... as long as they were cute. But, now, I look at who she is. How she thinks. I look for intelligence, sense of humor, wit, kindness, passion. Age really doesn't matter, but being cute is good.. but not a priority.
And a cute butt doesn't hurt either.

RACE: I'm 1/2 black 1/4 japanese 1/4 italian. who am i to be picky? but my man is black. before him i liked all kinds of guys. race doesnt matter to me my parents taught me that everybody is only one race human we're all God's children.
LOOKS: I love smooth skin, dimples nice arms, abs are a plus , and a cute smile, good teeth dont hurt.
ASSETS: i would hope he has a job not for gold-diggin reasons i'm really independent but i'm not taking care of my partner
PERSONALITY:funny, sweet, romantic , charming, unselfish,sincere, sensitive, and funny!
AGE: my bf is my age
BONUS: no drugs minor drinking non smoker UGH! smoking! im not kissing an ashtray

personality, if hes sweet and kind, true gentleman, someone to talk to and who has similar intrest in me.
i prefer taller guys my age or a little older...race/looks generally don't matter really
