Ok I weight 114lbs I'm a girl and I'm 5'1", but I want to know what is the perfect weight for my Height. Also I want to weight 110lbs but i don't know if that is to skinny. Can somebody help is 114lbs is fat or is the right weight for me. Be honest with me Plz serious answer only. Thank You So Much!!!!

I'm 5'1" and I weigh 109, but I am very small boned. You are not fat. You would probably be fine at 110 unless you are large boned, in which case you would probably look like skin and bones!

I don't think there is any "perfect" weight. It varies for all of us. Think more in terms of being healthy. Eat plenty of fruits, veggies and whole grains, and a little meat and low fat dairy. Drink lots of water and maybe a little green tea. Avoid soda and snacks. Those should be once-in-a-while treats. Get plenty of exercise. Try to get out and do something every day if you can, or at least 3 or 4 times a week. Walk, swim, bike, run, play basketball or volley ball. You will feel healthy and strong and happy!

114lbs is not fat at all. If some told you this then they are just jealus because they want to be your size. In fact this is a perfect weight. Not to fat,not too skinny. I am 5'3 102lbs. Now thats skinny. I want to weight 120. So if I were you, I'd stay my perfect size. You should not be worrying at all. If you think you are too big in a certain place, then tone that area. To me, being too petite is not sexy. So stay at your current weight and be happy.

ok so im 5'1 and 100 lbs a little on the skinny side the optimal weight for our height is between 95-115 lbs so i think you should be good 110 lbs would not be too skinny

NO. At present your weight is O.K. 110 also within the range of your height. See the following in details that will help you to take correct decision.

WEIGHT OF ADULTS ACCORDING TO HEIGHT & FRAME :

5'1" = Small frame = 105-113.
" = Medium frame = 110-122.
" = Large frame = 118-134.

well yea 114 is healthy weight for you i am 5'5 and i weigh 123 so to be honest with you i would stay at that or around that. and it 114 isn't fat i promise .. try having a kid and wieghing 150 so yea... well the best of luck to you.

110 would still maybe be a bit too much. im 5'2 and i way 111 so if ur 5'1 u should way around 105-108. i think.

I would say to trim back to about 108
