Definately go to your supervisor or manager. You will need to bring this to their attention if it already hasn't. Chances are that there are others that feel the same way as you do and you don't want to get in trouble if something goes wrong because she didn't file something, call someone, etc. The disrepectful issue needs to be brought to attention and maybe she could attend classes on giving better "Customer Service" which is really a class to teach rude people manners.

If the co worker is your peer I would only drop a hint 1 or 2 times. Maybe something like:
Are you feelin ok today.....? You seem to be doing a lot of day dreaming..
Do me a favor please dont disapear for ling periods....it feels like you are dumping work on me...
I noticed you cam in late today.... so will you be closing up?
Be polite... extra polite, but dont be wishy washy...this person is screwing you. If this doesnt work go to the supervisor and be speciffic. Dates, times and incidents.
If you are the supervisor then just let him have it...be speciffic... Dates, times and incidents. and document..
