Can you possibly try to get the blood work switched, perhaps by paying off a lab technician?
Just make sure they don't mix up your test with someone with herpes.
Of course, that would serve as it's own form of birth control.

The doctor will eventually find if you are taking the pill basing on the results of tests on hormonal levels. Well my dear, fertility clinics deal with problem of couples and in the stituation you describe is absolutely deceiving and lying on the husband. When the doctor finds out the results, the doctor sure probably first consult with the wife and find what is going on. As you may have idea, confidentiality is always considered but in such case, the husband is involved in the undergoing treatment so the doctor will probably promise you not to tell the husband with an obligation that you do the "confession". The doctor won't give misleading information to the extent of lying to the husband to cover up the wife, but if the doctor is kind enough he will make sorts of an agreement to deal with the conflict in a diplomstic way.

See, that's what you get when you're not HONEST. It's going to bite you in the @ss, at the worst possible time.
See, your husband is your next of kin, he's probably on all of your confidentiality waivers, so legally YES the doctor can tell him you're on the pill. He could tell him ANYTHING because YOU said he could. AND the doctor can tell by your hormone levels if you're taking the pill or not. Don't EVER think about lying to a DOCTOR, that's a good way to wind up taking meds that could kill you!!!
Why would you consider marrying someone when you knew they wanted children but you didn't? Once he finds out how deceptive you've been, he's going to leave you.
My suggestion about be to stop taking the pill and stop lying to him. Once you stop with the pill, you're going to be MUCH more likely to get pregnant.
Sorry, I'm not trying to be mean, but dishonesty never does anyone good. Someone needs to give you a wake up call. You're going to lose your marraige if you don't start being honest. Even if he's okay with you being on the pill, in the back of his mind he's always going to wonder what else you're lying to him about, if you're cheating, if you don't really love him, etc.
You've dug yourself a BIG hole, now it's time to either stop taking the pills and get pregnant so you can avoid telling the truth, OR just TELL HIM you don't want kids and live with the consequences.
Manipulation never works, you're going to be miserable.

If they do blood work, they will detect the synthetic estrogen and progesterone hormones from the birth control pills. They will know that you are taking birth control pills.
I am uncertain how the results of the blood work would be revealed, but it is my suggestion that you be upfront with your husband and let him know that you are not ready to have children. Or avoid going to the fertility doctor at all costs....

Yes, your doctor will be able to tell based on the hormone concentration in your blood and urine.
How about you go with the less obvious route, and I don't know, TELL YOUR HUSBAND THAT YOU DON'T WANT KIDS? How do you think he's going to feel when he finds out (and he will find out) that you've been lying to him?

um, why did you get married if you don't have the same values? um, why be weak and try to lie, instead of being up front and telling your husband of all people that you don't want kids now. why all the deciet just because you can't be honest? Isn't honesty easier, than taking pills, going to doctors, and lying all the time?
If you don't want kids now PLEASE DON'T HAVE KIDS... for everyone's sake. And if your husband can't accept this then divorce him since you two are obviously not compatible.
