Formula 1 is by far the most exciting racing to watch, either in person or on TV. Standing start, quick pit stops and when the track gets a little water on it from a light sprinkle to lots of water from a down pour, they just change tires and keep on going. NASCAR and Indy cars hide until the track is completely dry and then they will start up again. You really have to be able to drive and control your race car in wet conditions, something I don't think the other boys want to tackle. I will watch every Formula 1 race on TV, catch the last ten laps of a NASCAR race mostly and other then the Indy 500, I don't watch alot of the Indy or Champ series on TV.

Well I would say some of the best racing isn't on American TV and when it is, it is put on during work hours or sleep hours thanks to Speeds programing brains.

One thing they do show is the MOTO GP cycle races WSB cycle races and the AMA cycle races. They used to have 2 wheel Tuesday in the evening but then they switched it to in the afternoon while I was working now I don't even think they have it.
Once you could watch the V8 super cars who are a bunch that just gets down and gets it done. Very entertaining and a thrill to watch.
F1 races aren't always the interesting but they amaze me on how much down force they have. They are a bunch of good drivers who very seldom wreck. There qualifying system is pretty neat too. It is almost as exciting as the race it's self.
IRL is OK if they are at the right tracks. Some of the best finishes in history have came in there races.
Cart is so so. They seem to get the bottom of the barrel of tracks. There are a bunch of good driver I just think there leader should try just a bit harder to get them to run better venues.
I like NASCAR at most of the old tracks and enjoyed them at some they don't race at any more too. I'm pretty disgusted with NASCAR right now and have been for years now but I am keeping my fingers crossed that some day they will snap out of it.

I prefer nascar over the others mainly because yah get lots of side by side racing and some tradin paint ,little bump drafting at some tracks,I watch Gt type races too when there on also prototypes races,F1 & Indy sound cool but not much real side by side racing I like to see though.

Drag Racing! The quickest accelerating cars in the world. 0-330mph in 4 seconds!
Then Nascar.
I like them all. Starting with anything that has a domestic V8 down to Rally racing or Moto-X.
F1 is barely on the list though. It's right behind the tricycle race at my company picnic.

And remember, "Support your local dirt track!"

I always preferred CART racing but that's no longer around. I enjoy any of them actually. All racing is fun! The sound effects of the Indy and Formula One are much better though!

I like all open wheel racing, so F1, Indy and Champ are always fun to watch. NASACR too. I really enjoy GT racing in all its forms, especially the 24 Hours at Le Mans.

all of the above if they overlap likr this weekend the priority would be f1, then alms, then champ car, then wrc, then indy or nascar depending on wich one is running better

but as far individual must see races, in this order

1 - 24 hours le mans
2 - monoco grand prix
3 - indy 500
4 - belgium grand prix at spa
5 - daytona 500
6 - usa grand prix (my home race)

This is the first year that I've watched car racing (new boyfriend loves it). I like the Formula One the best. NASCAR I like the least - actually, I find something else to if it's on.

All of them. When I hear the swarm of 22 F1 machines at the starting grid at Monaco, or the thundering roar of 43 stock cars roaring through the tri-oval at Daytona, or see the cloud of dust and gravel kicked up by rally cars sliding sideways through a hairpin curve--I always get chills up my spine.
