Any and every action gives a result(Acion has a reaction). But the fact is we are not owners of the all of the results(Fruits).
Example we may have sugar mill but if have have sugar disease we cannot taste the sugar which we produce. So whats destined to be enjoied by us only can be enjoied.
In some cases we may not be able to see the results that does not mean that action has no result.

Work gives fruit only if work is done with wisdom, self dedication and regardless of award for the work. When the work doesnot give fruit, it may be due to neglecting the aim, concentration etc.

All effort bears fruit. Whether good, fine fruit or dried up, rotten, so bad fruit flies won't go near.
Experience is a good teacher. Good works put in bears fine fruit. Lazy or bad works produce bad fruits or very dried up.
Generally speaking, persons of integrity and discernment will always produce good fruits for their labors.

It is said by elders that the work (karma) shall be done without anticipating any results and thinking that it is the service to LORD.
with full commitment and whole heart , without any selfish motive, without any expectation, an act is done then it gives the real fruit of that work.

if u worked hard in life for allah.......supporting ur family.....doing work...getting money for livin in good ways......praying and fasting and being a good Muslims........

if the work is not done with proper method(shastra vidhi) and shraddha then it may result in no fruit
