i am going to the beach the first week of august. i am 5'7" and weigh about 115 pounds. before going to the beach, i'd like to be at 105. i run 5 miles 3-4 times a week. i only drink water. i eat lots of fruits and veggies. i've been cutting down on sweets. i haven't been losing much weight though. what can i do to help me lose weight faster?

Judging from your habits I would guess that your body is storing everyhting you do eat because you probably have cut down so much, so my suggestion is eat what you are eating or less and spread it into 4-6 meals. Because you are already quite thin it will take a while for you to loose weight, the heavier you are the easier it is to loose weight. To be honest go to the gym lift some weights tone up if you want to look better.

If you are 5' 7" and weigh 115, then DON'T lose 10 pounds. You are already underweight. You won't look good sick. If you are unhappy with how you look, you might need some more weight training to tone yourself, but don't go losing any more weight. Nothing more gross than an overly skinny 5' 7" girl. Yuck. I suggest you dicuss this with your doctor before you make yourself ill. Good luck!

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Do u wanna look like a stick or what???....you're already underweight for your height...as for 5ft 7 your weight should be between 125 and 140...I don't wanna be mean but i think that you're a bit too much skinny ...just eat healthy and drink lots of water...

actually you're underweight so you might want to think about gaining 10 pounds instead of losing it!lol. No but you're BMI is 18 and it is supposed to be 18.5-24.9

well you wont lose weight right as you start it takes a little wile and it doesent sound like you need to lose weight it sounds like you are about the right waight for your height
