The majority of mosques worldwide are certain to have some weaponery. Naturally its all for "self defense". However, most countries have statutes regulating firearms and places that can store or sell firearms.

The accumulation of weapons in a mosque is so common, it doesnt seem to make sense to call them "places of worship" but instead, either close them down or regulate them the same way you would regulate any militia or weapon silo.

I think with all that has happened, that they should be discreetly and respectfully checked for weapons. Absolutely.

Hello,

I am sure most mosques are not storing weapons and should be treated like all other places of worship. If the clerics allow people to sart storing weapons and explosives and hide wanted killers then the status should change from that of a mosque to a fortress or safe house and be treated accordingly. By the way, I am not biased on this. The same applies for Christian churches or buildings too like Waco, Jonestown etc.

That mosque became build on the Temple Mount that's the holiest website in Judaism. the region of the 1st and 2nd Temples. i don't % to be offensive to non secular muslims, yet Jerusalem isn't a small city and that mosque could desire to be in-built the gap that doesn't mean a lot for different faith exceedingly for Judaism that maximum holy sites are exterior Israel. That explanation why Netanyahu pronounced that place is background website. it form of feels extraordinary for thus called Israel occupation of that place that Israeli police bar Jews from praying there. to boot, there are few exciting info approximately occupation of East Jerusalem. First, I even have not heard that Jordan had a great to occupy Jerusalem for long 20 years without giving city to Palestinians. Secondly, in accordance to famous the UN Partition Plan that many professional-Palestinians consumers like to point, Jerusalem became to be centred a worldwide city, unlike capital of Palestine.

One Pakistani mosque and that is the majority. Perhaps because of seeing so many channels at one time you misunderstood. Some people need only tips and the rest they will 'assume' and cook their own stories . We, Muslims are just wondering from where did those pakistanis get those kalashikos into a mosque where one is supposed to do worshipping God and nothing else. You can have a visit to any of the mosques in your locality. Thank you.

Actually there were bomb blast in our city by Al-umma terrorists some10 years ago and believe me or not the police uncovered lethel weapons from the domes of the mosques in our city. They use mosques to store weapons while "madarassas" or "religious schools" generate the required man power by propagating hate messages. It is actually a day to day news in India. We have far-more experience of Islamic terrorists right from medieval period than the Europeans.

I wish people wake up b4 its too late

Lots of things , and people hide behind the name or front of a "religion", when that is not at all what they are. The muslim religion and there ways is to hurt, kill , and terrorize the world that anything but they way they are. Muslims should be view as terrorist hunted down and taken out just as any other named terrorist. Muslims will scream about how their koran is full of peace. Well the koran is left up to each persons on interpretation and was written by an idiot and should be considered nothing more than toilet paper. Americans remember 9/11?? That's the heart of muslims and their religion. If you think back to how they celebrated in the streets after the attacks? Treat muslims like small pox and lets eliminate them before they do us.

or have you been watching too much t.v.

perhaps in the middle-east where there is a war going on mosques have some weapons, but not worldwide.

at what point dont weapons and religion (places of worship) disconnect. They both are in intregal parts of our society. If we regulate them and remove all guns from the premises, why not take it a step further and start removing ALL weapons so that we in turn will create a planet of worship (what ever your denomination)? My point is, it would be equally challenging to regulate places of worship and remove all forms of weapons as it would be to regulate ....say Ireland and make it weapon free. Too much red tape, too many variables and free-will rights. Squashing someone's rights is worse that death itself.

It's a well known fact that when the shots start being fired, many of those shots are coming from a mosque. It's a logical defensive position, when your enemy has restricted himself from engaging a mosque due to his own flawed notion of respecting everyone's religion.

Mosques are places of worship for us. We are forbidden from taking any kind of weapon inside unless we are attacked and are forced to set up a defense inside the Mosque.
