Does anyone know how to take black and white pictures with a Canon S3IS digital camera?

I have had this camera for about 6 mths now, and I love it, but I cant figure out how to take black and white pics with it. Thanks.

press the function button on the back
then choose my colors

It is better to take the pic in color and convert to B&W in post-processing. But I'm sure there is a setting somewhere in the menu if you want to do it in camera. Check your manual.
