I have like buyers remorse over most things in life, i am beginning to think it is just a commitment phobia, is there a drug that can keep me from second guessing the simpilist things, like, plastic, paper, even making social plans, then thinking crap why did I do that...and want to beg off. I am fairly happy, I have a good husband and wonderful kids, nice home, no financial problems, just have this real hang up??????

You may be suffering from GAD, something called Generalized Anxiety Disorder. What you are suffering here is a classic sympton. Believe it or not, most Anxiety Disorders seem to be chemically based, and are treatable with medication. I wish you well.

Well, these days it is becoming hard to make simple choices because we are learning that they are not as simple as we like to think. Take for instance the plastic paper issue, we have pressure to save our planet and resources, which do you choose? Ruin the planet with your plastic or your paper use. Take a deep breath make the decision YOU feel is best and move on. Cause we can't fret over every thing. Been there, done that.
