Well...I think that All men certainly know when a woman is faking it, certainly if you've been with her before when she has really achieved a good climax. It depends how good you are at faking it. I think 90 percent of women do fake it....the others are built differently I'm sure. We do it so the poor man's ego doesn't suffer, and they usually haven't got a clue. Of course, I suppose there is the odd guy who is able and happy to completely satisfy a woman, but he is rare.
