how do you express your love on someone... to let him or her know you live them

You could always go about it the easy way and just tell them. Look them deep in the eyes, hold their hands, and tell them you love them (or whisper it in their ear).
You can express it through a variety of actions. Massages, buying her flowers, putting him/her first in your life, leaving cute, romantic notes around the house for them to find.... just simple gestures that show them you're thinking about them.
Or, you could always go about it the expensive way and take them out to a really nice dinner, buy them jewelry, etc. But, to me, this isn't as romantic as the above paragraph.
