What is the difference between the word Geriatrics & Gediatrics?Does the word Gedaitrics exist?

Geriatrics is the branch of medicine that deals with physical and pathological aspects of the elderly or those who are aging. It also includes the medical problems related to senescence (being old) and senility (physical and mental deterioration).

I have never heard of gediatrics nor could i find it anywhere: not in a regular dictionary, my nursing dictionary or a medical dictionary. It is simply a word that does not exist.
