What are myths and folklore were once held as beliefs in primitive religions which have gone out of fashion. I suspect that given time, the current batch will probably go the same way. Spirituality is a different matter as this is not allied to a religious belief but looks at what makes humans tick.

Religious leaders have made it myth and folkfares for many people.
Religion is suppose to provide the base for spiritual ladder. Religions may differ, spirituality is same.
Religion can never lead one to enlightenment, only spirituality can.
Religious leaders only narrates from religious books as they donot know the path.
Spiritual masters donot need any religious books as they know the path. They narrates through their own direct experiences of spirituality.
Religious leaders follow a dead prophet.
Spiritual masters become prophets, new religion follow them.
Buddha was not Buddhist. Buddhism followed him. Christ was not christian, Christianity follows him.
Religious leaders can never show the path to seekers of truth. Spiritual masters only can do it.

I can see how the stories of religion could end up in M&F and certainly a lot of the pagan stories are a part of folk law. However the practice of religion and the presence of spirituallity have nothing to do with M&F so I understand your misunderstanding ;-) Troll

I hate the word spirituality as used in British education, It represents a version of Christianity which has no substance.

Well religion certainly belongs in a Mythology section, but spirituality *could* deserve a section of its own, depending on what definition you use (because it doesn't have be synonymous with the supernatural).

similar. faith is the difference. when myth is told as fact it is 'sacred' rather than entertaining explanations and stories. when that collides with a philosophy then you have spirituality and religion.
