I think you are headed in the right direction. Paint, carpet, and then get the wardrobe. My husband makes custom cabinets and I always hear stories about pieces coming back to the shop after someone bumped it, splattered paint on it, or somehow damaged it. If you have the ability to have the wardrobe put into a room that is ready for it....that's the way to go. Good luck!

What ever you do don't put your carpet in first before painting lol!

This if you want carpeting in you fitted wardrobe.
I would suggest painting the ceiling and walls and doing all the gloss work first as you don't want to ruin your new carpet. Then have the floor carpeted and then add the fitted wardrobe.

This if you don't want fitted carpets in you wardrobe.
First of all if it needs to be done. Paint the ceiling. You can have the wardrobe fitted before or after the painting. You can use masking tape on the edges of the wardrobe to make sure that you don't get paint on it.
You can paint the room after as long as you are careful. Then have your carpet fitted.

My fitted wardrobes are a fixed to the walls and are not screwed into the floor. It depends on the style of wardrobe that you are after.

Good Luck

I'd do the painting first then the carpeting (if the wardrobe is floor to ceiling check if the floor will get higher with the new carpet. If in doubt because of the carpet talk the company that does the wardrobe - they will know.
It the wardrobe is not floor to ceiling I think it's no problem.
I'd ask them also if the wardrobe will be fixed to floor or not.

Light lavender, baby yellow or a pale blue would work don't do too much as your carpet already has a lot of color maybe paint 2 walls or something

Do not put the carpet down before the paint.

Paint the walls first that way no paint drips on your new carpet

I'm not an expert but I would say paint the walls first, before carpeting.

Hope that helps.

lol, firstly think logically, if you have new carpets and there is paint running down the walls, who'll wish they waited?

you will, you should just do the walls, THEN the carpet
