You're a little off. Noah was in the boat for a year and 7 days.
But, after that amount of time on a boat (considering I've live in the desert for 600 years), I'd probably be pretty stir crazy.

Fermentation did not happen before the flood. It was accidental that Noah got drunk. It was how the 3 sons handle
it, two sons covered their father out of respect the other
blasted it all over and God judge that son for that. You don't
