No religion were designated to suppress any type of energy. They are developed according the ecosystem where they are originated and developed. The Cristianity is originated in mediterranian environment and developed in cold region, hence it is most suitable in these region of mediterranian and cold regionns.
The Islam is originated and developed in hot arid region and is most suitable in these regions
The Judaism is developed in mediterranian environment in B. C. and is most suitable in mediterranian environment
Hinduism is most suitable in Indian and tropical environment.
All religians are nothing but the lifestyle most suitable to the environment in which they are oroginated and developed.
The problem arises when the one religion enforce the people with another religion to adopt the life style of that religion and the suppression starts.
If the lifestyle will change according to the ecosystem and there will not be any problem.
The Hinduism has changed lifestyle according to the ecosystem changed in India and the people in abroad according to the environment of the countries in which they reside.
Hence being elder of all the religion, still Hinduism alive in hearts of millions of people without any enforcement in any part of the world.
