Guessing you are in the U.K.. If so make your way to Victoria Coach Station, London with National Express. From there book on a Euro Lines coach heading for Amsterdam, it passes within a couple of miles De Panne. You will have to be very persuasive and ask the driver if he will drop you off on the Adinkerk slip road, which is the first slip road after entering Belgium. If he won't, then I think the first stop may be Brussels, and you will have to make your way back to De Panne from there. The only other choice you will have is when the Coach stops at a 'Services' in Belgium, it may not be far from where you want to be.

Hope you make it. Good Luck!
