Its illegal to let an animal to roam free outside.

Its very dangerous to chain a dog it is the number one reason animals turn is being chained. Do you want to do that to that size dog?

First learn to spell. It is extremely difficult to understand what you are asking. No you are incredibly irresponsible and should have the animal taken away if you just don't care if it wanders off. The dog should stay in the house or you should have a 6 foot to 8 foot fence put up. If you keep the dog outside you are required to provide a shelter and water for the animal outside as well.

Lots of people have already listed what can go wrong by not keeping your dog secured (whether it be with a chain, in a cage, or in the house) at night, so I won't go over them again.

You shouldn't let your dog loose at night. This time nothing happened, but the next time you may not be so lucky.

If your dog is going to be outside, I think a fence would be the best option. Then the poor dog does not have to be chained and he'll have the freedom of the yard to run and play in.

You are risking your dogs life by not kenneling her at night> She will roam to check out smells and other things. She could get stolen, hit by a car, picked up by the pound, sprayed by a skunk, bit by a wild animal with rabies.Killed by another loose dog.I can go on and on about things that could happen to her.If you even like your dog a little bit-make sure she is safe at night.

I don't agree in general with chaining, however, a dog running at large can be injured or killed in so many ways.

Please confine your dog for her safety.
