My humble opinion here is that you are not well informed. Recently I visited the ISKCON temple at Bangalore. Some 3 months back I had been to Mayapur (near Kalkata) and visited the temple. The crowds are full as before. Big properties are there, money is there. DEVOTEES are there THE DAILY ANNADHANAM IS GOING ON IN FULL SWING AND THEY ARE EXTENDING IT TO OTHER CENTERS ALSO. Cows and every thing are taken care perfectly. I suggest you to go and see a few temples and you will find the truth.

Where there is the name of KRISHNA there is no shortcoming of anything-

This is karma for all the evil that was done, all the women and children that were abused and the people who were misled in the name of Shri Krishna. The story behind ISKCON is truly disgraceful, and it certainly comes as NO surprise that the organization is failing! You have only to read Chapter 16 of the Bhagavad-Gita, the words of Shri Krishna Himself, to see why this is so!
