I have been using iVillage Total Health @ http://www.healthylivingonline.com
It ask you some questions and gives you a menu plan to follow. You can change meals, update your progress, and keep a jounal of what you ate. You can upload your meal plan to your journal to make it even easier. I have been happy with it and the food is pretty good.. So far in 4 days I have lost 2 lbs.

I will share a secret with you. You need a healthy eating plan not a diet.
Load your food intake with fresh fruits and vegetables. Eat whatever you want. For instance, if you like steak, eat it. If you like chocolate cake, eat it. But eat half as much as you normally would.
Stay away from processed foods. Soda whether diet or regular is an absolute no. No fast food at all!
Take a nice walk for 30 minutes every evening.
The unhealthy weight will fall off.
Why do I know this? Because I lost half my body weight this way. From 240 to 120 not fast but slowly and steadily. I have not gained a single pound back in 4 years.
Good luck and be healthy!

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

weightwatchers - its easy to understand and follow. If you exercise you get to eat more, if you eat healthy you eat more than if you eat unhealthy, but it shows you how.
Worth joining and geting the diet and attending a few times even if you cant afford to continue to get the support of regular meetings.
