i'm not really too keen on Europe so anywhere else would be good, but thats not too expensive, we're looking to go off peak season. We've been to New York and Orlando, so i'm trying to keep away from the states. Any help/ideas would be much appreciated.

Goa in India has great beaches, Sri Lanka sounds wonderfull and Singapore interesting. I haven't been to any of these countries. From personal experience Hawaii is worth visiting, went there is the 80's. The weather is lovely, the place beautyfull, the people nice and accommodation and food very good. To me it seemed a true tropical paradise and I would imagine quite romantic for couples. Well worth a visit to the different islands.
