yes...
you can eat it, to incorporate it into your system, and you can put a little in a bowl and dip a cotton swab in it and rub it where you have the rash..
I used it on my babies when they got diaper rash.. also thrush of the mouth after too much antibiotics.. It helps yeast infections also...
but it has to be real active culture yogurt and not the fake gelatin yogurt

Just plain - pop it on a tampon. Chances are you will need some medication though - a visit to the pharmacist will do - and make sure you drink plenty of water.
