Do you ever feel sick, ill and bloated for the rest of the day after eating a McDonalds meal?

I only have one about twice a year, but usually regret it soon afterwards!

Why would it cause such a sickly feeling? How on earth did that guy manage to live on these meals for a whole month? It almost killed him! I can understand why!

Yes, I always have a sick feeling looking at a McDonalds meal and eating eat. Because it is so full of oil and grease, it really makes the stomach uncomfortable to SOME people. Its the law now for McDonald's to put nutrition facts on the burger containers. If you read it, it is unbelievable what you are putting in your body. The Big Mac I ate once said it had about 600 calories and about 35 grams of FAT!

I'm right there with ya!. Because we don't eat it regularly, our bodies make us feel that way because IT IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU! And we are not used to eating all the fat that comes with McDonald's or any other fatty fast food. I've learned that even though it's a quick fix to dinner, I'll take the time to cook next time.

I haven't been inside a McDonalds for about 5 years for that very reason. why pay money to feel crap !!!
Too many places sell decent sandwiches/ salads and healthier stuff. There is no need to pay over £3 or £4 for greasy "meat", salty buns and fryed within an inch of their lives fries !!!
McDonalds is awful, as is KFC, Burger King and all those places. (in my opinion anyway)

I only ever had a McDonald's meal once and I was ill for days, they are vile and I honestly cannot imagine how that guy lived on them for a whole month, I think it would have killed me.

If u r taking only a single item, it will not amount to overeating. Probably some ingredient in it does not suit u. U r allergic to it.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

I havent eaten McDonalds for a few years now, they are so bad for you and I heard the chips are cooked with beef fat to make them crispy. There is no goodness whatsoever in a Macdonalds burger and the meat has been pumped full of growth hormones. The meat from the burger is made from every cut of meat from the cow not just the prime part. Keep away from it, feeling ill should tell you that your body hates it. That guy from Supersize Me if living proof!

You get sick because you start thinking about the nutrional value, I've only seen this behaviour exhibited in women. I have a McDonalds about once a month. Just live and let live, they're designed to taste great, not to be part of a balanced diet; they don't try to claim it is.

i havent had mcdonalds for a year coz last summer i had it a few times and felt soooooooooo ill afterwards it was horrible. I felt sick, I think i was once physically sick. I kept thinking it was a one off and then gave up. If the reaction isnt that major then the food repeats on my and rests bad in my tummy. I avoid that rubbish now

A lot of people do, which I believe is the placebo effect. When I eat something "bad" I do, but if I keep it down to an Asian chicken salad or single Big Mac with nothing else I feel fine. Honestly, the Big M's are heaven on a bun.
