- alright pretend theres a cup or a bottle on the table. Theres also a bunch of people and I mean alot of people, and none of them have telekineses powers. If they all stare and concentrate really hard on that one object, do you think theres a possibility it will move?

It has been tried and never worked, no matter how much they believe or focus. We just don't have the PSI power to accomplish it.
But the what the heck... there is a cup of water on my desk, lets all give it a try!

Hypnosis is a real state of consciousness however the others are fake. As for whether it is good or bad, that depends on the user, but as a general rule, you cant be made to do anything under hypnosis that you don't want to. No it isn't a demonic power, humans enter a similar state all the time. Daydreaming is an often cited example of hypnosis, except that it isn't done intentionally or with hypnosis in mind. Therefore it isn't a sin, unless you consider daydreaming a sin, in which case, yes it would be. I personally don't believe it to be a sin.

no. You can't will something to move. Just because you want something to happen, doesn't mean that you can just think about it and make it happen. Like anything else in life, you can't just think about it and make something happen. This would defy not only the rules of logic but also the simplest laws of physics.
