This maybe cause by a rash or worms.. worms are caused by biting your fingernails and toes.. i suggest taking a bath.. cleaning your behind.. and trying worm medicine if it still itches for over a week ask doctor or health care proffesional

If the hole itches then you may have worms OR you didn't wipe it properly.
If your cheeks itch then you may have some sort of skin irritation.
Go to a doctor, but b4 this, take a shower because this may help.

Candidiasis, HPV (genetal warts) and pinworms can cause itching in the butt and anal area. Consult your doctor.

keep your area clean, take regular bath ,wash dry , if you have some strong itch with pain go to skin doctor

go take a shower and make sure to wash your butt..
If that doesn't help you might have Pin worms and should go see a doctor... every one in your house hold will have to be treated in that case.. all it takes to pass on pin worms is to sit on a toilet that someone with pin worms has already sat on..
