How can he call you pretty if he never has really seen you? And if he's online, is running away even possible?

It does not matter if we see your picture and we either let you know if we think you are pretty or not. If you say you are normal looks, then some of us will say you are pretty and some will agree with you.. it is all matter of opinion in this case because beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Think about it, the guy has not seen you so how can he say that you are pretty or is that a name he picked to address you. Saying that you are pretty is one thing, calling you pretty is another thing. Ask him how does he know you are pretty if he has not seen you. It is strange if he thinks you are pretty and he has not seen you. Perhaps he is like most guys,, most guys know that women like to hear nice compliments and that it is a turn on for them. He should be asking for your picture or to meet you in person and then be honest, let you know if he thinks you are pretty and if there is something attractive aboout you and he is honest and is not just saying compliments to you that you know for a fact are not true,, then the guy is just buttering you up for what? Use a little common sense with the situation, not necessarily with this particular guy in question. Most of us tend to want to deal with the individual when in fact we should be focusing on dealing with the situation. Good luck to you.

Actually most of the guys are just playing... but there will be some who is true to u... I've experienced it before... Just a pic u don even will lose anything right? Y do u scare that he will run away?

A guy stroking your ego by saying you are pretty when he hasn't even seen a picture of you sounds like a huge red flag.
Be very wary about giving out sending your pic or giving out too much personal information to any man you meet online as he may not be who he is portraying himself to be, this is how predators "groom" younger people to get them to meet or get personal information and habits. This happened locally to a young girl who met what she thought was another teen on MySpace and he turned out to be a sexual predator, came to her house when he knew her parents would not be home and raped her.

beauty is in the eye of the beholder.. what one person thinks is beautiful might be ugly to another, that goes both ways..
I also think the most beautiful woman in the world can become real ugly depending on what comes out of her mouth or how she acts..
I would go ahead and send him your picture.. It sounds to me like he was lucky enough to read the book before seeing the cover and what he read was beautiful.. (can't judge a book by it's cover)

I think when he says your pretty he means how you are yourself inside you. As he hasnt seen what you look like. Send him a pic i am sure he likes you for who you are not what you look like.

Post a picture and we can all tell you if he will runaway or not. If he really does care it won't matter what you look like.
